"Felix came out very quickly and checked the damages to our hardwood floors and basement. We had water damage upstairs and downstairs and our wood flooring was starting to buckle. He explained everything step by step and dispatched a team with equipment to begin the drying out process. Felix met with the insurance adjuster and once everything was dried out, they had a construction crew (very professional and polite) come out and refinish our basement. Once we were ready, OBI had our personal belongings removed and taken to a climate-controlled environment. They replaced the affected wood planks, sanded, stained and finished everything. Our floors came out beautiful! He even arranged for our hotel stay during the process -they literally thought of everything ahead of time.
